Since we deal with heavy technical equipment (AC kits) and specialized labor (CNG fitting), our policy is as follows:
AC Kits/Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused, in original packaging, and has not been installed.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized AC cabins or HVAC systems that have been partially or fully installed are not eligible for return.
Defective Products: If a component (compressor, condenser, etc.) is found defective upon arrival, we will provide a replacement after inspection.
Replecament service will be provided within 7-10 working days.
Service Refunds: Payments made for CNG fitting or AC repair services are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time: Ready-made AC kits (e.g., JCB 3DX AC kits) are dispatched within 2-4 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery Estimates: * Within Punjab: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 7–12 business days (depending on the weight of the HVAC unit).
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the specific AC system or machinery parts.
Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once the shipment is handed over to our logistics partner.
Service Appointments: For CNG fitting or AC installation requiring physical presence, shipping does not apply; please visit our garage in Sunam as per your scheduled slot.
